For those getting Xbox 360 at Launch

I will be getting it at Walmart or Best Buy @ mid-night. Dont know yet if Best Buy will be open at 12am. I will find out later on... where you getting the 360?

I can wait 2 3 month it aint a matter.Beside i dont think they would do such a thing.Theres more people that buy it just like that then from reserved items.

Just make it an all nighter at the Best Buy parking lot. The line will probably start a little before midnight..
what I have learned since last launch.
1. Bring a chair(concrete/standing sucks)
2. Bring snacks
3. Entertainment
4. Make sure you coax your friends into doing this insanity with you.

In the morning they will usually hand out numbers depending on what spot of the line you are in. I was number 11 at x-box launch. Once you have this ticket you are guaranteed your box.

1. Dont be a dummy and waste time going right for the box(you already have a reserved ticket)...go right to the games and acc. grab that stuff first..
Once you got that go grab your box and hurry home and fire it up...

All the gamestops down here are only selling reservations for second shipments and beyond..make sure you are guaranteed a 360 on launch day.

If money is no issue buy one at launch and buy another one once there are upgrades...you can use the first one to run a dedicated server..

Like I stated in the last post. With a second box you can run a dedicated server. If you have a good connection anyhow. You will also need 2 copies of the game..

You must think were all like you playing all day.One is enough for me.Theres many dedicated servers out there and beside i go online to chat and play whit online friends thats it,no need to make a life out of it.You want to go and get yourself 2 Xbox go ahead enjoy yourself.

that'll probally be the best time to get it in a couple months..there be games out for it n u can get opinions of it from yer friends..remeber folks the first xbox was crappy(mine broke after only a year n half,they make it that way on purpose so u have to rebuy it so u can keep playin yer games,its how they keep new sytems in our homes)

I did the waiting in line thing last year. Waiting all night on a weeknight in Times Square is not my idea of a good time.

I still have a launch day x-box that is problem free...I cant believe you guys are not more excited about the 360 and are willing to wait months after launch...guess im a junkie.lol..I know im not alone...I plan on buying 2 anyhow...1 will be running a serious amount of media center for my theater room.

I'm right there with you. I have my launch Xbox and it hasn't given me any trouble whatsoever. I guess I'm lucky like that.

I'm very excited about Xbox360. Playstation and Rev... if they continue what they've done, they'll continue their trend of being primarily Japan-centric...wich of course, isn't my cup-o-tea.

I'm going to get it launch night or launch morning which ever my work (best buy) dicides to make it.... I heard that for best buy employee's it is basically locked...where we "can't buy one" I dont know if that is only the one I am working @ or all best buys?....anyways me and a bunch of my friends from work are getting our friends, or brothers or what have you to go and buy it for us, but we are all going to have a nice lil chill time out in the parking lot :)
