    I agree, Phil Spencer is the right choice at the right time. As i said on twitter “the guy gets it” . I think the earth shattering move for Microsoft to make at E3 is to bring back game sharing. As far as Sony hitting a home run I think it was more of them taking advantage of Microsoft’s blunders…..I have to admit I like my TV running through my xbox being able to watch nba basketball then switch to a game of Titanfall is cool. And I liked the idea of having exclusive shows on xbox so I hope that does not go away totally but yes the focus needs to be on games first and foremost. And I do not mean to piss off the sony pc or nintendo fans but as far as reaching out and connecting with the community I think Phil needs to hire GTR as a official media group for Xbox period……what can i say I am a gtr fan. radio shows, interviews with developers, twitch group casting, game reviews, news updates and community interaction. You guys are honest and knowledgeable, gamers respect that.
